Michael Wujciak
Managing Director
As CEO, Mike guides the strategic direction for The Johnsson Group. He is a proven hands-on leader with extensive experience in applying technology and business analytics. Prior to The Johnsson Group, he was a Vice President with Capgemini and equity partner in the Ernst & Young Management Consulting practice. With more than 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Mike is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. He holds an MS in Management from the General Motors Institute and a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Mike serves on the board of Qualified Staffing Corporation.

Mark Jenson
Senior Vice President, Sales & Delivery
At The Johnsson Group Mark is responsible for cross-practice area sales and delivery as well as managing key client relationships. Mark has overall responsibility for larger, multi-discipline engagements focused on improving business results for clients through the use of the firm’s Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics practice area capabilities. Mark is a former Partner with IBM Business Consulting Services, having joined IBM through the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where he managed a practice delivering client solutions in the areas of multichannel customer analysis and marketing effectiveness, performance management, and cash flow improvement across the pharmaceutical, consumer products, retail, and travel & transportation industries. At IBM he was a member of the Global Business Services Leadership Team tasked with setting the on-going strategy and approach for IBM consulting services. He was presented with The Lou Gerstner Award for Client Excellence in recognition of dedication to client success and producing a significant impact on a client's business results. Prior to PwC/IBM he was a Managing Director, East Region with NextGeneration Consulting and previously a Manager with Accenture. He holds a B.S. in Accounting & Information Systems from Boston College.

Deb Marthaler
Principal, Process Improvement
Deb is a seasoned professional with expertise in accounting, finance and operational management. She leads teams in the areas of shared services design and implementation, activity based costing, operational excellence, financial controls and compliance, process reengineering and SEC reporting. Deb joined The Johnsson Group in 2000, and was responsible for managing a wide variety of shared services, compliance and reporting projects before assuming the role of Principal. Deb is responsible for business development efforts and engagement management in addition to leading our Process Improvement practice area. She holds an MBA in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Illinois State University.

Mike Jefvert
Principal, Process Improvement
Mike is a key leader at The Johnsson Group with experience in global accounting, finance, and operational performance functions. Mike joined The Johnsson Group as a senior consultant in 2000, and has led a wide variety of significant system implementation/optimization, business continuity planning, working capital improvement, and finance transformation projects. Prior to joining The Johnsson Group, Mike spent over 10 years at Amoco Corporation. He currently provides business development, solution design and leadership on projects involving performance management, end-to-end process design and governance, and system implementation support. Mike is a CPA with an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Mike is Treasurer for Equality Illinois.
