AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER ANDTJG HOLDINGS, LLC.

The Johnsson Group Website (“The Johnsson Group Website”) is owned, operated, and maintained by TJG HOLDINGS, LLC, Chicago, Illinois (“The Johnsson Group”).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Johnsson Group Website and its related services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of The Johnsson Group Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular section of The Johnsson Group Website may also be subject to additional terms as set forth in such section. Further, you agree to be bound by any additional terms, which may be required by The Johnsson Group with respect to any individual services that you request from The Johnsson Group (“Additional Terms”).

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular section of The Johnsson Group Website or with any terms included with any services requested from The Johnsson Group, then these Terms of Use shall control.

The Johnsson Group grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of The Johnsson Group. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and Additional Terms posted on other sections of The Johnsson Group Website. You may not use any of the Trademarks, in any manner, without the prior written consent of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited by law and violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible according to applicable law, without notice.

All content that is made available to view and/or download in connection with The Johnsson Group Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, (“Content”) and software (“Software”), is owned by and is the copyrighted work of The Johnsson Group and/or its suppliers and is protected by United States of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The compilation of all content on The Johnsson Group Website is the exclusive property of The Johnsson Group and is protected by United States of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All Software used on this site is the property of The Johnsson Group and/or its software suppliers and is protected by United States of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content and/or Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
The Johnsson Group and its affiliates attempt, in good faith, to be as accurate as possible with service descriptions. However, The Johnsson Group does not warrant that service descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a service offered by The Johnsson Group is not as described, your sole remedy is to cancel the service.

THE INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE INCLUDED OR DESCRIBED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE JOHNSSON GROUP WEBSITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE JOHNSSON GROUP WEBSITE AND TO THE INFORMATION THEREIN.

IN ANY EVENT, THE JOHNSSON GROUP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, FOR DIRECT DAMAGES OR
OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE JOHNSSON GROUP TO ACCESS THE JOHNSSON GROUP WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACCRUAL OF A CLAIM BY YOU AGAINST THE JOHNSSON GROUP. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE JOHNSSON GROUP WEBSITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE
TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE JOHNSSON GROUP WEBSITE.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold The Johnsson Group, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of The Johnsson Group Website and/or any information (text or graphical), software, or services obtained through The Johnsson Group Website and/or from The Johnsson Group.

VIOLATION OF TERMS OF USE
The Johnsson Group reserves the right to seek all remedies, at law or in equity, for violations of these Terms of Use, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address or for particular registered users to The Johnsson Group Website.

ACCESS TO PASSWORD RESTRICTED OR SECURE AREAS
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of The Johnsson Group Website is restricted to authorized users only. Individuals misusing passwords and unauthorized individuals attempting to access restricted areas of The Johnsson Group Website may have their password access withdrawn and may be subject to civil liability and criminal prosecution. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Except as noted below, all disputes against The Johnsson Group, including but not limited to disputes as to these Terms of Use; the site license; site access restriction and/or termination; The Johnsson Group’s trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade dress and other intellectual property disputes; member accounts; privacy; service descriptions; pricing; and disclaimer of warranties shall be governed under the internal substantive laws of Illinois, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the appropriate state and federal courts located in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. Use of The Johnsson Group Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation this paragraph.

ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND COMMUNICATIONS
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

The Johnsson Group recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy and takes that obligation seriously. The Johnsson Group also knows that you care about how your usage data, including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address information (“Personal Information”) is used and/or shared. The Johnsson Group's sole intent in collecting Personal Information is to balance its legitimate business interests against the reasonable expectations of privacy of its customers. As such, except as provided for under USAGE below, THE JOHNSSON GROUP DOES NOT SELL, RENT, SWAP OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Consequently, The Johnsson Group adopted this Statement of Privacy to inform The Johnsson Group Website users how it does collect, store, and use Personal Information.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Johnsson Group collects Personal Information when you send an e-mail request for information to The Johnsson Group. COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, THIRD PARTY AD NETWORKS
The Johnsson Group Website does not currently utilize cookies, web beacons or third party ad networks.

USAGE
The Johnsson Group uses Personal Information for developing enhancements to the Johnsson Group Website and evaluating The Johnsson Group usage by analyzing usage data in the aggregate, but not with respect to any individual Johnsson Group website user.

Additionally, The Johnsson Group uses Personal Information to direct e-mail to The Johnsson Group Website users who provide their e-mail address to The Johnson Group regarding appropriate or necessary communications.

DISCLOSURE

CHANGES
The Johnsson Group reserves the right to change its Statement of Privacy at any time by notifying The Johnsson Group Website users of the existence of a new Privacy Policy or any updates by posting a notice at this location or by e-mail or by any other reasonable means.
